Hey John, it’s Josh.

We need to have a frank talk about the state of the presidential race. If the election were held today, Donald Trump would win. Based on every poll, that’s the truth.

Trump’s conviction has not changed the race in Democrats favor. Instead it has fired up the MAGA base so much so that it’s having ripple effects on down-ballot races, including ours.

We just learned the National Republican Congressional Committee raised over $1 million since he was found guilty, and the chairman said he’s “really excited” about my GOP opponent (aka that money is going straight to our opponent).

I’m not surprised I’m their #1 target this year, I’m just worried we cannot combat the onslaught of dark money coming our way.

The truth is: this conviction has made everything tougher in my race. I’m going to need more resources.

The first step we can take to fight back is reaching our end-of-quarter goal. We’re only two weeks away from our deadline and we’re not even halfway to our goal so I could really use your help!
