John, can you believe this?
Earlier this month, Congressman Byron Donalds made outrageous comments suggesting that Black people were better off during the Jim Crow era — a period marked by extreme racial violence, segregation, and oppression.
It’s incredibly troubling and dangerous to see another MAGA politician attempting to erase and rewrite Black history.
It’s clear that Byron Donalds is angling to be Trump’s running mate, and in doing so, he’s peddling dangerous and misleading ideas. We can’t stand by as politicians continue to distort the realities of the Jim Crow era for political gain.
The Collective PAC is dedicated to ensuring that our communities continue to progress towards equality and justice by electing Black leaders who will fight for us. Will you pitch in to help us send more Black Democrats to Congress in 2024?
