Friends,
Today is the 12 year anniversary of DACA. 12 years of band-aid fixes when we need permanent solutions. 12 years of living renewal to renewal. 12 years of waiting. 🙃
As DACA again works its way through the courts and is once again at risk of being shut down, we’re using the urgency of this moment to push for permanent protections.
Last week, our team set a goal to raise $12,000 by today’s anniversary. Now, with just hours to go, we’re 56% of the way there:
Will you pitch in $12 (or whatever you can afford) today to help us catch up on our goal before our deadline expires tonight at midnight?

For 12 years, our community has withstood unwavering attacks by Republicans against the DACA program — a temporary solution only intended to protect a select group of immigrant youth.
But time after time, we stood strong in the face of these anti-immigrant attacks — organizing, mobilizing, and advocating for what our community deserves.
12 years ago, the advocacy efforts of immigrant youth and allies culminated in winning DACA. Even despite its shortcomings, DACA is still a reminder of the power our community has to win real change. 🧡
That’s the power of this immigrant youth-led movement. We can and will secure a pathway to citizenship. But we can’t do it without you.
Will you donate now to United We Dream Action to help us secure a pathway to citizenship for DACA recipients and ALL undocumented people before it’s too late?

Thank you for standing with us through thick and thin,
