[[link removed]] Eye Health Part One: The Nutrition You Need to Protect and Restore Your Vision

Prevention is key for maintaining the health of your eyes. Dietary nutrients such as antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids are a good place to start. National Cancer Survivor’s Day: ““Other Ingredients” in Your Nutritional Supplements? Drum Roll … “No, Thank You”

Scrutiny was given to the "other ingredients” in your nutritional supplements. In some cases, these substances amounted to a large volume of the actual supplement. Additives that posed health risks were identified, including titanium dioxide and talc. Images of product labels were shared—both risky and clean—to help you navigate what to look out for. Our team also reads hundreds of articles each week, and those of interest are shared on our social media platforms. However, once or twice a week, our team reads an article that is profound or shares a perspective that is new or from an expert that AVFCA feels should be highlighted. These articles are shared on our Substack.
