Shadows hang over the G-7 Summit: The elections in the U.S. and Iran, Tehran’s continued assault on Israel, a growing axis between Moscow, Beijing, Tehran, and Pyongyang, and the continued war on Ukrainian soil.

On domestic affairs, I joined various outlets this week to explain how it is possible to be both the victim of an unjust, selective prosecution and also be guilty. I plainly oppose the idea that Biden and his administration have conspired to weaponize the entire Justice Department against Republicans and Conservatives. This gives him too much credit. Biden does not see things that are right in front of him, he is unable to mastermind a judicial crusade of this size.

Instead, we should be asking why Biden has not reacted to the political provocation by Russia's ships off the coasts of Florida and Cuba. What do you think? Is this a harmless practice or is Putin testing the waters, seeing if Biden will sink or swim?

VOTE NOW: ARE THE RUSSIANS HARMLESS?

Driving the Week: G-7 leaders met together in Italy, where they decided on a deal to loan $50 billion to Ukraine, using interest from frozen Russian assets. But, with the elections in November, this agreement is far from set in stone just yet. There is potential for Trump, if elected, to pull America out of this loan.

Critical Context: The G-7 leaders had a number of issues to work through, but the U.S. elections cast a dark shadow over anything discussed. Any promises made today might be revoked depending on who is inaugurated on January 20, 2025.

My Final Word: Any concerns about the future of agreements made with the Biden Administration are completely valid. It doesn’t matter which country or culture, no one can determine what a presidential candidate may or may not do in the future.

I spoke with Mayank Chhaya about the future of the Republican Party in light of the 2024 presidential election.

Critical Context: Republicans have a problem that many leaders are blissfully ignoring: there is a large group of voters who feel alienated, the system is stacked against them. They feel left behind and frustrated. To them, another Trump term is a solution to this alienation.

My Final Word: The Republican Party is in fact growing - we are seeing more and more voters register with the GOP. Our party is diversifying. Years and years of hard work connecting with political apathetic communities and families is paying off - but this progress will come to a grinding halt if we can’t become the Big Tent party again, and unalienate voters.

And more on the war in Israel….

My Final Word:Iran, through its proxies Hamas and Hezbollah, is continuing its multi-faced attack on Israel. Of course, Biden has completely ignored these new assaults on our great ally. To score cheap political points at home, he is willing to sacrifice Israel to Iran. I want to know what you think, how should Israel move forward?

Give me your input: Where should Israel focus?
