Yesterday, our first quarter fundraising numbers became public, and so did Cindy Hyde-Smith’s.

It turns out that our Republican opponent just narrowly outraised us by about $60,000, with the GOP’s army of PACs coming to her rescue last minute before the FEC deadline.

That sounds like bad news, but here’s the silver lining: The fact that Mitch McConnell’s network of donors and the party had to step in to save Hyde-Smith from being outraised by us last month shows that we’re putting real pressure on her in this race.

Not only that, but Mike did outraise Hyde-Smith when it came to contributions from individual donors, proving exactly why grassroots support from folks like you matters so much.

Will you chip in $10 for the first time to help elect Mike Espy as the next U.S. Senator of Mississippi?

Our sights are set on the future and continuing to give Hyde-Smith a run for her money, and tonight is our next fundraising deadline – an opportunity to show we’re not slowing down.

Our campaign is built by grassroots donors. Can you chip in $10 for the first time to show Hyde-Smith and the GOP that we’re ready to move Mississippi forward together?
