Today, the Supreme Court struck down a ban on bump stocks, the gun accessory that enabled the Las Vegas concert massacre — the deadliest mass shooting in American history.

A relatively inexpensive bump stock lets anyone convert a semiautomatic firearm into a weapon of mass carnage capable of spraying hundreds of rounds in just a few minutes. No civilian needs a bump stock for self defense.

The NRA, gun manufacturers, and their allies are intent on stripping all commonsense gun-safety measures off the books, and the right-wing radicals on the Supreme Court just delivered for that crew at the expense of the safety of the American people.

The Court That Dark Money Built is on track to continue eviscerating even the most modest and necessary gun-safety measures.

Congress needs to act on legislation to ban bump stocks and we need to elect more Democrats who support commonsense gun safety bills. If we want to stop the NRA, gun manufacturers, and their dark-money allies from getting the final word on gun laws, I need your help.
