Hey JOhn,

It’s the last weekend before Election Day. Everything we’ve been working towards over the last several months will come down to the voters on June 18.

Northern Virginia families are clear on what they want from their representative. The community wants someone who lives here — breathes the same air, drives on the same roads, and shops at the same grocery stores as they do. They want someone who will be their voice in Congress, who will take on the tough fights, and will deliver results to make our neighborhood better.

In the state legislature I took on the fights no one else would to get guns out of our schools, protect our green spaces, take on entrenched monopolies and special interests to bring transparency to prescription drug pricing and health care costs, and more.

I’m running for Congress because when I look my daughters in the eyes, I want them to know I am doing everything in my power to give them every opportunity in the world. It’s what all our kids deserve — to grow up with more rights and protections, not less.

We need federal policies to reinforce the good work we’ve done on the state level. I have worked across all branches of government from the White House and Capitol Hill, in the House and in the Senate. I know how to get things done. It’s why out of all the candidates, incumbent Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton endorsed our campaign to succeed her.

I know what it takes to win tough races and Suhas has what it takes. Please join me and chip in now.

Suhas Subramanyam is a member of the Virginia State Senate, former policy advisor to President Obama, and bridge-builder. In 2020, he was the first Indian-American, South Asian, and Hindu to be sworn into the Virginia General Assembly and served two terms in Richmond. Now, Suhas is running to represent Virginia’s 10th Congressional District in Congress.

Suhas is the only candidate endorsed by incumbent Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton.
