It’s time again — another FEC deadline. I know we reach out a lot around these moments so I wanted to take a minute to explain why they are SO important.

All campaigns submit fundraising numbers to the Federal Election Commission — but the numbers go public at the end of each quarter – and the next filing deadline is on June 30th, when our reports will become public.

You and I both know the support surrounding my re-election campaign is impermeable. But, the thing is, we need our numbers to reflect this strength and show the district that we are not slowing down anytime soon.

When I decided to run for Congress, I knew I had plenty of supporters behind me, urging me to run and champion critical legislation. What I did not necessarily realize was exactly how much it would cost to run a successful campaign.

We’ve set an ambitious goal of raising $10,000 before the end of the week to keep us on track before our upcoming deadline. , JohnI hate to ask – but every single cent truly makes a difference, will you please chip in $5 today to support my re-election campaign?

Momentum is powerful, and I’m not one to slow down. North Carolina’s 4th Congressional District has always been my priority, and no time is better than the present to propel our mission to the forefront.
