The Supreme Court ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade has opened the door for states to restrict access the full range of reproductive health care services. This has wide ranging implications for individuals seeking fertility treatment, pregnant people, and those who love them. Next week the U.S. Senate will be voting on the Right to IVF Act–a bill that will safeguard and establish a nationally right to in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and similar healthcare.
We have been asked to collect stories from people currently undergoing fertility treatment or hoping to in the future. Sharing your experiences with lawmakers helps them understand this issue fully and move them towards voting “yes.” You can even share your story anonymously.

OUR families are just not feeling the love when it comes to one of the most important things we need to thrive: child care. Over and over we hear from members just like you about the real struggle to find and afford the quality care our families need and deserve. Our child care system has been broken for decades, and while we are starting to see more investments on a state and national level due to YOUR advocacy, much more investments are needed, and together WE have the momentum to make this happen by being heard at the polls!
