Samuel, I'm on the ground in Las Vegas and the weather is absolutely beautiful (if a tad warm for fall). This city is certainly full of entertainment, but there's only one thing on my mind right now: Tomorrow night's debate.

There has been so much excitement leading up to our first Democratic primary debate and, finally, the moment has arrived. I can't wait to watch our candidates discuss the issues that really matter -- and try to right the misguided course of offensive politicking that the Republicans have set as a standard for this election cycle.

Add your name to say you'll be watching tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. ET.

We'll hear Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Martin O'Malley, Lincoln Chafee, and Jim Webb talk about real policy solutions for the problems facing the American people today. They'll address some key concerns -- concerns the GOP debates have largely ignored -- like fighting climate change, safeguarding women's access to health care, lifting up the middle class, reforming the criminal justice system, and finding solutions to help prevent senseless acts of gun violence.

I don't have to tell you how refreshing it will be to hear conscious and considerate discourse on how to keep this country moving forward -- because that's what our party represents.

No matter who our nominee is, we can be sure that they're going to fight tirelessly to protect the best interests of families like yours and mine -- so make sure you tune in to CNN tomorrow night at 8:30 p.m. ET to watch the first Democratic primary debate (we'll even send you a handy reminder when it's time to turn on the TV!):
