Trump’s Trials:
Witch Hunts Undermine American Justice System Confidence

President Trump endured a sham-trial farce literally created by Joe Biden & Co., perpetrated by the very crooked and foolish New York Judge Marshan and his Jury of Useful Clowns.
Trump’s actual offense in this New York sham-trial was not a simple accounting violation artificially inflated into 34 felonies. His real crime was winning a presidential election in 2016 and cruising to another win another in 2024.
New York Democrats prosecuted Trump solely to gain a political advantage for their unpopular candidate, Joe Biden, by convicting and threatening to imprison Bidens Republican opponent.
It’s as straightforward as that.
Using the legal system as a tool for political gain comes at a significant cost though. It undermines the integrity of our legal system and endangers our republic, shattering confidence and trust in the institutions and common values we once shared.
Our legal system is supposed to include safeguards to ensure fairness and impartiality, recognizing the potential for political and cultural biases to influence judicial proceedings. These safeguards require laws to be clear, judges to be unbiased, and prosecutors to act as impartial ministers of justice, not political operatives and partisan hacks.
For laws to be effective, they must be understandable. The accused must be clearly informed of the charges against them to prepare an adequate defense. The Sixth Amendment guarantees the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.

Trump was denied this basic due process protection. Partisan hack and failed District Attorney Alan Bragg inflated misdemeanors beyond their statute of limitations and revived them as felonies by alleging the falsification of business records with intent to commit another crime. Bragg’s failure to specify these unlawful means, and the judge’s decision not to demand clarity until just before closing arguments, violated the constitutional obligation to inform the defendant of the charges well in advance of the trial.
Ultimately, using the legal system for political advantage not only threatens its integrity but also erodes the foundation of our democratic republic.
We have always known and agreed as Americans that weaponizing the American justice system, or any part of it, for political purposes is a rubicon that should never be crossed as it is a dangerous path that jeopardizes the important underpinnings of our society.

But Democrats decided that “getting rid of Trump” was going to be worth it at any cost... including America, if necessary. But they never factored in the American people, and that was a big mistake.
Now the Democrats realize the very conviction they wanted so desperately has blown up in their faces.
And they now want it to go away. So much so that they are now trying to figure out how to pardon Trump without turning their insane Gaza/Iran/terrorist-loving base against them.
And right there is their problem. They've traded America for their personal goals of power, except now they are going to be powerless traitors, and nothing more.
Democrats have tarnished the American brand and they own this entire debacle. In the past they were known as the “loyal opposition” but now it is clear the Democrat Party has become the “disloyal insurrectionists.”
And that’s a plot twist many didn’t see coming, but an outcome I predicted well over a year ago.
Unfortunately for our beloved America, I told you so.

Flag Day is a celebration of the national flag of the United States of America and occurs each year on the 14th of June, the anniversary of the flag’s official adoption.
What we know fondly as the “Stars and Stripes” was adopted by the Continental Congress as the official American flag on June 14, 1777, during the Revolutionary War. Colonial troops fought under many different flags with various symbols—rattlesnakes, pine trees, and eagles—and slogans—”Don’t Tread on Me,” “Liberty or Death,” and “Conquer or Die,” to name a few.
The Declaration of Independence made the adoption of an American flag necessary. Previously, each colony or special interest had its own flag and identity but as one unified collective, they joined together under one flag.
On that 14th of June, Congress made the Flag Resolution of 1777, stating: “The flag of the United States shall be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white, with a union of thirteen stars of white on a blue field …” Official announcement of the new flag was not made until Sept. 3, 1777.
”Flag Day” has been celebrated as a patriotic occasion for many decades, but President Woodrow Wilson made the observance official on May 30, 1916, via a presidential proclamation.

Historical Facts
About the U.S. Flag
🇺🇸 January 1, 1776: The first United States flag, the “Grand Union,” was displayed by George Washington. It became the unofficial national flag, preceding the 13-star, 13-stripe version.
🇺🇸 June 14, 1777: The Stars and Stripes were adopted by the Continental Congress as the Flag of the United States.
🇺🇸 June 14, 1877: Flag Day was observed nationally for the first time on the 100th anniversary of the Stars and Stripes—and continues today.
🇺🇸 June 14, 1937: Pennsylvania became the first state in the United States to celebrate Flag Day officially as a state holiday.
🇺🇸 July 4, 1960: The new 50-star flag was flown for the first time—the flag that still flies today.
Why the American Flag is Red, White, and Blue
The Continental Congress left no record as to why it chose these colors. However, in 1782, the Congress of the Articles of Confederation chose the colors for the Great Seal of the United States with these meanings:
Red for valor and hardiness
White for purity and innocence
Blue for vigilance, perseverance, and justice
So, the next time you gaze upon the symbol of the nation’s freedom, pause and reflect on the flag’s origins, symbolism, and history—and what the American flag means to you and what it means in your life.

Hunter Biden's decision to demand a trial in his clear-cut guilty case is emblematic of his entitled arrogance, which the First Family has tacitly endorsed.
His own admissions in his book about his rampant drug use at the time he signed the federal gun permit form should have been enough to avoid this charade. He and his attorneys should have negotiated a plea deal, the easiest way to get through this rial-laden morass.
After all, his dad is the President and could, with the stroke of a pen, commute his federal prison sentence for now and pardon him on the way out the door in January 2025.
Yet, Hunter banked on the notion that his family's influence might sway a jury in Delaware, a state known for its Biden loyalty. The presence of First Lady Jill Biden and other family members in the courtroom served as an intimidation powerplay to evoke undue and unwarranted sympathy.
This trial was merely the beginning of Hunter’s arrogance and legal perils. Even at sentencing, federal guidelines suggest he might avoid prison. Predictably, he will likely appeal, possibly challenging the law his father helped pass as a senator on Second Amendment grounds. This bold move highlights his belief that the rules don't apply to him. But they do apply to him, too. And yes, even in Delaware.

However, this gun case is minor compared to what's next. Hunter faces federal charges in California for tax evasion on substantial overseas income, a prosecution that touches the core of the alleged Biden family corruption. Observers carefully watched how the judiciary reacted to his long history of courtroom deceit and manipulation.
Special Counsel David Weiss's ineptitude has already allowed Hunter to escape the gravest charges, such as tax violations tied to large payments from Burisma. Weiss offered Hunter an extraordinary no-jail plea deal that fell apart under gritty lawyer work by the Delaware State GOP Chairman, Julianne Murray, and solid judicial scrutiny.
Amidst all this swirling chaos, President Biden’s scheduled speech on gun control, on the same day Hunter was found guilty, is laced with irony. He should address the issue candidly if he is not as detached as he appears: “The jury has spoken. My son has made mistakes due to drugs. He will face the consequences. I love him, but I will not interfere.” The Biden family must exhibit humility and acknowledge their faults publicly. This is a moment of genuine accountability, not further evasion and arrogance.
Now we turn our attention to the west in California for another open-and-shut guilty case involving Hunter Biden’s tax evasion prosecution, where he and his daddy will cut a plea deal
of guilty to avoid a trial circus and
another very public conviction.

This Embarrassment Says She Represents YOU.

Sharice Davids, KS CD-3, twice voted “no” on the impeachment of failed Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Leading up to and following the first impeachment vote, House Speaker Mike Johnson declined to vote on a bill sent by the U.S. Senate for military aid to Ukraine, citing the absence of provisions for U.S. border security. The political maneuvering forced a bright light on the importance of the U.S./Mexico border and drew criticism from Democratic representative Davids, who accused politicians of playing games.
With Republicans eyeing the upcoming elections, the focus on border issues will intensify. A decrease in illegal crossings this January has been noted due to Texas Governor Abbott blocking the border in that state with the help of many other states from across the Union. Assistance of Kansas National Guard on this important matter did not come from Kansas as ultra-liberal and divisive Kansas Governor Laura Kelly ignored the majority of Kansans and sat silent taking no action whatsoever.
The impeachment, based on allegations of incompetence, passed narrowly. Senate support for conviction remains uncertain but Kansans encourage their U.S. Senators to support the impeachment of Mayorkas.
Border security consistently ranks high on the overall concerns of Kansans and Americans. U.S. Border Security must be a priority shown by our elected officials to maintain the support of Kansas Republicans.
In Kansas' 3rd Congressional District, immigration and border security are of critical importance and related issues resonate across political divides. As the campaign unfolds, the border debate will intersect with broader political narratives, shaping the electoral landscape in Kansas CD-3 and beyond.
Republicans in CD-3 are encouraged to look into their current member of Congress’s voting record and discover for themselves that we have our very own Nancy Pelosi - right here in Kansas.
