My Republican opponent is leading an all-out attack on reproductive rights:
🔴 She says that abortion access isn’t important.
🔴 She believes abortion is not a healthcare decision.
🔴 She supports defunding Planned Parenthood.
Unlike my opponent, I trust women to make their own healthcare decisions. That’s why our campaign is proud to be endorsed by Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
As Baltimore County Executive, I fought to protect and expand access to critical reproductive healthcare. I testified in support of a Maryland constitutional amendment that would enshrine a woman’s right to reproductive freedom and ensured that Baltimore County officials would not cooperate with efforts to prosecute people seeking abortion care.
Abortion is on the ballot in November, and I will take my fight to protect access to reproductive care to Congress. But I can’t do this alone.
