Dear Friend,
Lowering the cost of housing in the Inland Empire is my top priority, so that families who have lived here for generations can remain part of our vibrant community, and new families can afford to start their lives here.

This year, I secured $2.6 million to help complete construction of Arrowhead Grove's Community Resource Center.
This Community Resource Center will provide services, such as affordable health care, mental health services, job training, child care and more for all eligible Inland Empire residents.

I am also proud to announce that I delivered $1.6 million for Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services, Inc. to make infrastructure upgrades for affordable housing units.
This will not only make these units safer and more weather-resilient, but will also lower energy costs for residents.

Since 2023, I’ve announced over $72 million for affordable housing developments in the Inland Empire, and I will continue working hand-in-hand with state and local governments, nonprofits, lenders and other community partners to lower costs for families. I look forward to sharing more good news with you soon.
