Republicans are dangerously close to passing legislation similar to the first contraception ban, which was originally passed in 1873. Yes, that’s how truly archaic and outdated this proposed GOP agenda is.

The GOP has made it clear that if they win the Senate this year, contraception is a top target.

Democrats are doing everything they can to get ahead of this. Unfortunately, Senate Republicans blocked legislation last week that would make it a federal right to access contraception.

They decimated the Democratic-led measure, and now they are taking victory laps— but we know they are celebrating too soon because the fight isn’t over.

The American people overwhelmingly support contraception AND abortion access. We absolutely cannot forget this. We MUST keep going.

Debbie has what it takes to win. She is a former member of Congress who is running a strong statewide campaign. She needs to put boots on the ground, host events to meet voters, and run TV commercials.

It’s so important that she has the money to pull this off, which is why we hope you can help Debbie and other moms like her running in key races.
