Today, the Supreme Court rejected a ban on bump stocks that existed to keep our communities safe and secure. As an ER doctor, I've treated every time of gun victim that you can imagine — and the one's you don't want to imagine. I know firsthand that this decision is going to cost lives.
Allowing bump stocks increases the potential for mass shootings and endangers our communities. We must stand together to advocate for policies that prioritize public safety and prevent unnecessary tragedies. Our only hope is to elect pro-gun safety candidates this November.
