Recent severe weather has caused significant destruction and loss. With more than

**200 tornadoes** reported just in May, the devastation has affected nearly half the states in the country.

Over Memorial Day weekend alone, more than

**70 tornadoes struck 15 states**, including Texas, Kentucky, Missouri, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The storms left at least 25 people dead and thousands struggling to rebuild their lives amidst the wreckage.
