Bad news, John. Extremist, conservative group Moms for Liberty plans on spending over $3 million on their advertising campaign in an effort to sway votes in key swing states this November. |

With this major advertising spree, Moms for Liberty is taking aim at critical swing states like Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin to boost their membership and tilt the results of this year’s presidential election. Make no mistake, John: If we let Moms for Liberty win, they will kill public education as we know it.
Run for Something’s 50 State School Board Strategy directly combats extremism in our education system by filling school boards across the country with diverse, young progressives who will protect our public schools. But with so much money behind Moms for Liberty, we really need to hit our $15,000 mid-month goal if we want our plan to succeed.

If given the chance, Moms for Liberty will take their dark money and use it to elect extremists across the country who will ban more books, harass more teachers and censor more classes. Their campaign against education is proving to be going strong, and it’s up to us to stop it.
