For me this program is wonderful since life is above all and by knowing how to control bleeding, we save lives. I am from Guápiles Limón-Costa Rica. I am an instructor for the National Safety Council and I belong to the group of Emergency Care Costa Rica instructors. I am a volunteer firefighter and ambulance driver and lifeguard for the SEMEC occupational medicine Company. (translated from Spanish)

Training is at the heart of the STOP THE BLEED® campaign and STOP THE BLEED® Instructors are the ones that make the heart beat! The Instructor Spotlight shines a bright light on individuals engaging their communities about STOP THE BLEED®.
