John,
Our first few months in office have been truly incredible. And since getting approval for Mayor Parker’s One Philly budget, we’re getting ready to dedicate hundreds of millions in funding for some of the mayor’s top initiatives.
We can’t wait to help create a safer, cleaner, and greener city and improve economic opportunities for all, but first we want to hear from you.
Will you take a moment to let Mayor Parker know what issues are most important to you and your family?
On day one, Mayor Parker declared a citywide public safety emergency. With the One Philly budget, we plan to hire more police officers and expand funding for violent crime prevention in our city.
We’re also working to keep our streets clean, with almost half a million dollars going towards Mayor Parker’s projects including the citywide neighborhood cleaning initiative.
Mayor Parker is addressing housing as part of her core initiatives, with plans to increase the Homestead Exemption, freeze property tax increases for low-income homeowners, and rebuild permanently affordable low-income housing.
She is also working to ensure every Philadelphian has access to high-quality education with plans to provide more extended programs and improve school facilities.
Now, before you go, please share your thoughts here on what issues are most important to you!
One Philly,
Team Parker
