Dear John,

Nearly two-thirds of Americans say they always or often feel exhausted when thinking about politics. In this polarized election year, women’s equality also remains under siege. Women are 51% of the population, but hold less than 30% of elected offices across the board. If we want to see a different future where women are represented in the halls of power and their interests are reflected in policy making, we need to work together to help the women we know see the possibility of a future run.

What comes to mind when you think about yourself or a woman you know running for office?

CREDO Mobile and She Should Run are collaborating on a survey, and the findings will help She Should Run drive public dialogue about women’s representation and offer first-step resources designed for women whose formidable leadership potential would go otherwise untapped in conventional political recruitment.

CREDO Mobile is thrilled to partner with She Should Run and other organizations that work for Women’s Rights and full participation in democracy.
