Fellow Democrats,

We are EXCITED to announce the Broward Democratic Party is hosting its FIRST EVER county-wide “Open House Convention” the weekend of July 19-20, 2024. This is an opportunity for Broward democrats to get to meet with other democrats in our community in a friendly, engaging environment.

Convention priorities include:

Motivate and excite Party activists and members of the Democratic community to vote BLUE up and down the ballot in November!
Introduce non-activist Democratic voters to Party leaders, elected officials, candidates, and Democratic-aligned vendors and allied organizations.
Recruit volunteers to help Democratic candidates with upcoming Primary & General Election Campaigns, including during Early Voting and Election Day.
Enroll or re-enroll Democrats for Vote-By-Mail, as well as registering new voters.
Educating voters about the accomplishments of the Biden-Harris Administration and other Broward elected officials, the importance of voting for Democrats up and down the ballot, Democratic platform-supported initiatives, and Judicial candidates.
Provide training and resources for activists, volunteers, and candidates.

Complimentary to all registered democrats. Includes a general session, trainings, and an expo-style structured Open House Exhibition with sponsors and vendors, including but not limited to elected officials, candidates, Democratic Clubs and Caucuses, Supervisor of Elections officials, Democratic proprietors, and other vendors. Sponsorships and Exhibition space is available.

We look forward to connecting with you in July as we prepare for the November elections. Our goal is to elect Democrats up and down the ballot and win on our proposed amendments. This convention is a HUGE step in that direction, as Broward County has to post high numbers to support the rest of the state in elections.
