Johh, the Supreme Court just ruled to strike down Texas’s dangerous law to restrict mifepristone — an FDA-approved drug used for safe abortions for over 20 years.

Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade two years ago, reproductive rights have been under constant attack. State after state has succumbed to the anti-abortion agenda by passing restrictive laws and closing clinics, resulting in millions of women having their healthcare options stripped from them.

Today’s ruling is a big step toward protecting evidence-based medical practices, women's health, and the right to choose. Today, the Supreme Court did the right thing.

But we can’t let our guard down. This is the same court that overturned Roe v. Wade; abortion care won’t be safe until we elect a pro-choice majority and codify abortion rights into law.
