[Judicial Watch]

Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Right now, Judicial Watch is breaking critical new ground in exposing
public corruption and bringing accountability to corrupt politicians
and bureaucrats.

AND AS WE CONFRONT NEW CHALLENGES DAILY...I HOPE I CAN COUNT ON YOU
TOGIVE YOUR PERSONAL SUPPORT TO OUR WORK WITH A SPECIAL CONTRIBUTION
TODAY.

JUST THIS MONTH:

WE FILED A NEW LAWSUIT against the Department of Health and Human
Services (DHS) for records regarding action reports, review of
procedures, or studies concerning the preparation for and response to
the COVID-19 pandemic.

America now knows that the Anthony Fauci-led response to the pandemic
was panicked, political, and harmed the lives and liberties of
Americans. Our comprehensive new lawsuit aims to get to the bottom of
this disaster.

THE BIDEN JUSTICE DEPARTMENT admitted in a federal court filing that
the controversial transcripts of President Biden's testimony to
Special Counsel Robert Hur is not accurate, and is missing "filler
words" (like "um" and "uh") that the president may have repeated but
are only listed a single time in the transcripts."

Judicial Watch's lawsuit for the release of the audio tape transcripts
forced this admission from the Biden administration, which confirmed
that the transcript was changed in a way to help Biden and his
campaign. Our lawsuit over this continues, because the American people
have a right to hear their president explain his actions over the
removal of classified documents from the White House in 2017...for
which he received only a slap on the wrist!

DOCUMENTS WE RECEIVED FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE as a result of
one of our lawsuits show the FBI Office of Congressional Affairs
provided a Democrat staffer with information on FBI whistleblowers who
detailed the FBI's targeting of political opponents and retaliation
for their testifying at a congressional hearing.

These deeply troubling records prove that the FBI colluded with
Democrats hostile to FBI whistleblowers who had gone out on a limb to
expose the weaponizing of the FBI as a political enforcement arm of
the Biden administration and its radical agenda. Judicial Watch has
exposed this unprecendented corruption of the FBI (and other
government agencies) and we are pursuing multiple other lawsuits to
force transparency and accountability from the FBI!

As I mentioned, what I have briefly described for you has all happened
just since the first of this month.

Every day, we are either in court, or filing Freedom of Information
Act requests, or reviewing and releasing to the American people
documents that government has wanted to keep hidden away but that our
litigation has secured.

And I’m counting on your help with a special one-time gift today

because as our
work increases, so do our costs...and because I can never remember a
time when our work fighting for the rule of law and the American
people's "right to know" has been so important.

I hope you will stand with us today...and if you will, I can promise
you our entire team will work hard every day to honor your trust in
us!

Sincerely,

President
