Native Youth Summit

The Native Youth Summit is two-day event that provides powerful leadership development to Native youth who are aged 13-17. NYS is focused on investing and empowering our youth as leaders of tomorrow, and it provides a unique opportunity for the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women to inspire and support the next generation of New Mexico’s tribal leaders in the fight to eliminate violence against our Native women and children.

Additionally, NYS will address the issues our youth face today such as, domestic violence in the home, cyber-bullying, teen dating violence, safety in a technological world and bystander violence. 

Audience: ALL Native Youth, ages 13-17

Date: Monday & Tuesday, July 1st & 2nd, 2024 

Time: DAY 1: 10:00am – 5:30pm | DAY 2: 9:00am - 2:30pm

Meals: Food Provided 

Lodging: Lodging is provided for the night of July 1st
