The new sex education standards voted on by our liberal State Board of Education not only were greatly influenced by Planned Parenthood, but they violate North Carolina State Law which you can read here. Planned Parenthood has nothing to offer our minor children that will improve their academic performance, character development, or career preparedness.

This race has never been more important! But instead, the left is hellbent on making public schools the center for conversations about sex, gender, and sexual orientation. I am running as Superintendent of Public Instruction because I believe that it is a parent's right and responsibility to determine when and how their children learn about adult concepts. I believe our children deserve the very best from us. They deserve a quality education that will give them the knowledge and skills to become productive and successful adults in whatever career goals they set.
