John,

This morning, a former chief justice of the Missouri Supreme Court said
Missouri law puts IVF at risk. He said we need new legislation from
Congress to protect it.

But this afternoon, Josh Hawley voted against the Right to IVF Act anyway.

[ [link removed] ]'Two years have passed since Missouri outlawed abortion nearly
completely. Missouri's life-begins-at-conception law also seems to outlaw
in vitro fertilization (IVF), the medical process that enables many
infertile couples to conceive and bear children. If citizens of Missouri
wish to protect this procedure then there will need to be a new law.' -
Michael Wolff is a retired judge and chief justice of the Missouri Supreme
Court.

This is the second time Hawley has refused to support real efforts to
protect IVF in the Senate, and he says it’s all because it’s part of an
"abortion agenda."

You and I both know that IVF isn’t abortion, and neither is birth control.
But Hawley isn’t like you and me. He is on a career-long crusade against
reproductive freedom.

And don’t forget: Hawley pioneered the legal arguments that led to
closures of IVF clinics in Alabama, and that now threaten IVF access
across the country.

Josh Hawley’s extremism is putting the future of Missouri families in
jeopardy.

I’m running to replace Hawley in the U.S. Senate because I want everyday
Missourians to have the power to decide how to build their families.

In addition to protecting IVF, I want to codify Roe v. Wade, end
Missouri’s total abortion ban, and put a stop to the creepy Big Brother
attacks on reproductive rights by control-obsessed politicians like Hawley
once and for all.

With so much on the line, none of us can afford another six years of Josh
Hawley’s crusade against reproductive freedom. But if we’re able to reach
voters with this message early and often, I know we can flip this seat and
take back power for working people this November. So I’m asking for your
help:

[ [link removed] ]Will you help us hold Josh Hawley accountable by making a donation of
$10 or whatever you think is best toward my campaign today?
I’m building this movement without a cent from corporate PACs, so I’m
really counting on your support to get this message in front of voters
across the state.

This election is our chance to put everyday Missourians in charge of their
own lives, families, and bodies again — and we absolutely cannot afford to
waste it.

Let’s take back our freedom this year.
