Team,

The Supreme Court unanimously rejected a lawsuit challenging the FDA’s approval of mifepristone — a medication that was approved more than two decades ago — ensuring that it will remain accessible for millions of women who rely on it for safe abortion care.

However, the fight for reproductive freedom is far from over. Medication abortion is not safe from right-wing attacks — and while millions of women can’t access the reproductive care they need, we still have work to do.

This lawsuit is only one part of the MAGA Republican agenda to rip away access to reproductive care, from contraception to IVF. The only way to put a stop to these attacks is to elect pro-choice leaders who will never stop fighting for our reproductive freedom.

If Republicans maintain control of the House in November, we face a national abortion ban and further attacks on a women’s right to choose. Help us keep the MAGA agenda out of our government by chipping into the Battleground Election Fund >> [[link removed]]
