Did you see this breaking news, y’all?!

This morning, the Supreme Court rejected a Texas extremist’s legal challenge to mifepristone, a safe and effective medication abortion that has been in use for over two decades. This is a massive victory for reproductive freedom and a clear rebuke of Texas Republicans’ relentless attacks on the rights of all Texans.

A black and white photograph of Ted Cruz, wearing a plaid suit jacket, gesturing with his hand. The text overlaying the image states ''Remember when: Ted Cruz urged the U.S. Supreme Court to ban mifepristone.'' The bottom of the image includes the text ''*Amicus Brief, Feb 29, 2024'' and ''BeatCruzWarRoom.com.''

Ted Cruz has been one of the leading voices trying to ban mifepristone, baselessly calling it a “deadly pill” and falsely claiming that the FDA “endangered patient health and safety” by approving it.

Make no mistake, y’all -- Ted Cruz will not stop until he institutes a nationwide abortion ban, stripping away the rights of millions of Americans. While this Supreme Court ruling is a huge win for our freedom to make our own decisions about how and if we start a family, we cannot let up the fight now.

We need your help to defeat Ted Cruz now more than ever. Will you rush $24, $10, or even $5 NOW to help power the Beat Cruz War Room, and help us boot Ted from the Senate once and for all?
