Team — I had to make a tough decision earlier today.

Let me catch you up: Jason is facing his final FEC deadline before the primary tonight. This is the most important deadline of our campaign yet, and it comes right as folks see Jason’s name on the ballot for the first time this year.

I had a meeting with Jason’s Finance Director where if we had just a few more bucks, we could reach more undecided voters before the June 25 primary. These are Coloradans that could decide some toss-up races in November.

There wasn’t money allocated in the budget, but I gave the thumbs up. I know the risk — but with Donald Trump and Lauren Boebert going all-in to win in Colorado, I couldn’t let us fall behind this early on.

I’m hoping that grassroots donors can help us make up that $2,684 budget shortfall — just like you always have. It’s critical that we can re-elect Jason, take back the House majority, and elect service-oriented leaders to Congress.
