It’s the first case on reproductive freedom since SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade and the federal right to abortion in 2022’s devastating Dobbs decision.
This latest ruling is a relief for the moment, but our work to defend reproductive rights and health care for millions of people is far from over.

We know the far-right will keep up their aggressive fight to roll back reproductive rights and health care, as we’re seeing in states like Louisiana, where Republicans are trying to limit birth control.
