john,

We have incredible news.

The Supreme Court just announced its decision to reject a Texas law that would have taken mifepristone, an FDA-approved medication, off the market. This means women will still have access to this safe, viable medication for abortion care.

This decision by SCOTUS couldn't come at a more important time. Extreme Republicans in states across the country have doubled down on their efforts to restrict women's rights and reproductive freedoms.

Twenty-seven states now have a limit on abortion starting as early as six weeks, while fourteen states have near-complete abortion bans with few exceptions. If mifepristone was removed from the market, it would have had devastating consequences for women who just want access to the care they need.

As the first woman doctor in Congress, Kim will always fight for access to reproductive healthcare because she knows politics has no place in the examination room. Yet if Republicans had their way, millions of women would be deprived of the ability to make the most important decisions of their lives on their own. That's why Kim keeps fighting for abortion rights to this very day.

john: this may be a win for women’s healthcare, but anti-abortion activists will use their fury from this ruling to reignite their efforts for a full abortion ban. That's why we have to take back the majority to codify abortion rights once and for all.

As one of just two pro-choice doctors in Congress, Kim will always be your advocate, but she can't do it without your support. Will you chip in $5 right away to ensure she remains in Congress fighting for abortion rights?
