Dear
SPUC supporter,
With a General Election fast-approaching, it is vital that pro-life people use their vote to elect pro-life MPs. SPUC has always encouraged supporters to find out the voting record and voting intentions of individual parliamentary candidates in your constituency. We then make this information available to you, to help you decide who to vote for.
Email your candidates with SPUC’s webtool!
This year we have simplified the process considerably. With our new webtool, you can email all the candidates in your constituency at once. You just enter your postcode to find out who your candidates are, and we’ve provided a template email for you to send to them.

The email asks two questions:
QUESTION 1: Would you vote to support or oppose decriminalising abortion, i.e., legalising abortion on demand and up to birth?
QUESTION 2: Would you vote to support or oppose any move to legalise assisted suicide?
We will put up the answers to these questions on the website as we get them back. We rely on you, our supporters on the ground, to ask your candidates these questions! Please send any answers back to [email protected]. If your previous MP is standing again, the page also shows their voting record on life issues.

Contacting your candidates is vital to find out their voting intentions and to share that information with others.
This has been a busy year, with relentless campaigning on the Criminal Justice Bill, and now a sudden pivot to General Election campaigning. Please do all you can to promote life during this short election period. Contacting your candidates is the key thing now, but we will be updating you with more campaign actions as the weeks go on!
With best wishes.
