Experts say that the legacy media and the Left's ongoing campaign to target conservative justices is a concerted effort to delegitimize the country's highest court ahead of future rulings that could potentially work against the Democratic Party's political agenda.

Florida SAFE Act Struck Down in Act of Judicial Partisanship

Large sections of a 2023 Florida law protecting minors from gender transition procedures were declared unconstitutional on Tuesday. In a 105-page decision (Doe v. Lapado), Federal Judge Robert Hinkle of the Northern District of Florida issued a wide-angle, permanent injunction against the law, replacing an earlier preliminary injunction that applied only to a handful of individuals.

With election day less than five months away, Democrats are gearing up to smear Trump's running mate - whoever that may be - as an extremist. In an interview earlier this week, incumbent Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris made it clear that it didn't really matter who former President Donald Trump picks as his running mate: Democrats plan to label anyone tied to Trump as an extremist. Politico noted that Harris didn't discuss the individuals Trump has teased as potential running mates but instead focused on "just how little daylight Democrats are going to leave between Trump and whomever he picks as his No. 2."

Planned Parenthood Tries to Dodge Lawsuit, Claims Video Evidence of Abortion Trafficking Is 'Hypothetical'

The Show-Me State is taking the nation's largest abortion business to court. On Monday, a hearing took place to determine whether a lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R) against Planned Parenthood Great Plains could proceed. Bailey filed suit against Planned Parenthood in February, alleging that the organization was trafficking minors across state lines to obtain abortions without parental consent.

UN Security Council Unanimously Votes for Ceasefire which Rewards Hamas, Experts say

On Monday, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) met in New York to discuss the Biden administration's ceasefire proposal between Israel and Hamas. Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited the Middle East during this time to further promote the ceasefire, which was backed by the UNSC during Monday's meeting with a unanimous 14-0 vote (with Russia abstaining).
