The Deep State is slowly corroding our constitutional republic.

The Biden FBI interferes in our elections, threat-tags parents as "terrorists," places spies in churches, targets Christians, and is trying to "crush" whistleblowers who expose corruption. The DOJ prosecutes and imprisons pro-lifers and conservatives.

There is nothing Biden's Deep State thinks it can't do. The law and the Constitution are irrelevant guidelines to the bureaucracy.

But we have a chance to deliver a crushing blow to the Deep State in federal court. We are your last line of defense in court. And we've been winning. Through our numerous Government Accountability Project lawsuits, the Deep State has been:

  • Forced to hand over and UNREDACT former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki's "shut . . . down" emails.
  • Caught in a major national security cover-up.
  • Exposed using taxpayer funding for Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' son.
  • Court-ordered to turn over key documents after our very own Ric Grenell declassified them as Acting Director of National Intelligence.

We're just days away from a major U.S. Supreme Court decision where we filed an amicus brief to strip away the Deep State's unbridled power – even judges are often required to defer to the Deep State. It's unconstitutional, and it's time to fight back. Now we're about to file a major lawsuit against the FBI over its targeting of parents as "terrorists."
