From all of us on Team Long, we hope that you’re doing well at home right now. This trying time -- while certainly difficult -- has proven what we already know to be true: Southwest Washingtonians are a strong, resilient bunch. It’s humbling and an honor to have you on our team as we work to get Carolyn to Congress.

For the past month, John, we’ve been working hard to create an inclusive and interactive virtual movement -- to fortify our great foundation and grow our momentum. Our team has invested in platforms that afford supporters like you to join us on the virtual campaign trail, to connect directly with our team, and to hear from experts during this public health crisis.

And as we build on these early successes, John, we’re particularly thrilled to announce the latest action that you can take this week to stay plugged in on the campaign trail.

We hope that you’ll be able to join us, because we’re building more than just a campaign: We’re building the biggest movement for change that Washington’s Third has ever seen. And, John, it is entirely due to the continued involvement of thousands of folks from the district -- and beyond -- that we’ve been able to hit the web running.
