A Pennsylvania law that prohibits misdated and undated mail-in ballots from being counted led to the rejection of thousands of ballots in the state’s 2024 primary election. Some were able to be corrected. However, the process of correcting a ballot is not accessible for some individuals, including senior citizens and people with disabilities.
