Today, I put together a quick list of what we need in order to win in Georgia in 2024. This isn’t an exhaustive list by any means, but I wanted to give you a look into what kinds of things we’re planning and what we need to do to win.
- Organizers in every county across the state
- A top-notch traditional and digital communications program
- A leadership institute that will train our candidates on how to run winning campaigns
- The best voter protection team in the entire country
- A statewide network of grassroots volunteers
- A nationwide network of grassroots donors who believe in the importance of Georgia
In 2020, Joe Biden won Georgia by less than 12,000 votes – just 0.23% of the votes cast. This year, the margin could be even SMALLER.
If you’re with us, if you believe Georgia is going to decide the 2024 election, and if you understand that we need your support to build the program we need, then I’m asking for you to pitch in whatever you can afford right now.
The way we win again is by out-organizing our GOP opponents – by meeting voters where they’re at, recruiting thousands of volunteers who organize their local communities, by knocking on doors, making phone calls, and sending texts.
So we need to keep building our field network all across Georgia. We need to hire organizers in critical Democratic counties to make sure our turnout remains high. We need organizers in GOP counties to make sure that the Democrats there also turn out to vote. And we need organizers in swing counties like Baldwin and Washington counties.
But we also need your help to fund these organizers. A field team like the one we’re building takes a lot of resources, and we can only sustain it with support from our grassroots team. Can we count on your support?
Thank you,
– Justin
