Friends, there’s a lot to worry about right now.

We hope our emails aren’t one of them.

We know we send a lot, but we hope you’ll take that not as an annoyance but as a sign of how important you are to this campaign.

And we know you can’t donate to every email we send — not by a long shot. But we do hope that our supporters chip in a bit here and there, where they can and when it makes sense to do so.

Now, if you’re feeling anxious about the outlook of this year’s elections, here are two tiny, simple steps you can take to center yourself and reset.

Step one: Take a deep breath, and hold it for about five seconds.

Step two: Exhale. All will be well.

Step three (optional): Repeat!

But if you’re still a little anxious and looking to route that into something more direct, we’re kicking off our mid-month fundraising drive this evening.

We have a lot of ground to make up, and a contribution today will help us hit our goals and raise what we need to win in Arizona and defend our control of the U.S. Senate.
