John – When you’re a working mom, your day doesn’t end when your work day ends. It usually gets busier!

We’re getting the kiddos off the bus, taking them to practice, walking the dog, cooking dinner, packing lunches… the to-do list is never-ending.

With a schedule like that, it’s no wonder why moms with young children make up just 6% of Congress. In fact, there are more millionaires in Congress than moms like me.

John, I’m running to change that. But funding a campaign is a lot easier when your days include swanky soirées instead of school science projects. I may not have generational wealth or fancy fundraising dinners, but I do have 23,000+ supporters like you, and we’re making it work the way that only moms can. So please, will you pitch in $27 – or whatever you can afford – to send a working mom to Congress?

PITCH IN TO SEND A
WORKING MOM TO CONGRESS >>

John, I’m the only mom on the ballot, so I don’t need staffers to hand me talking points on childcare – because I know what it looks like to scramble for a sitter.

I also know that if our representatives don’t know what it means to clip coupons and wait in carpool lines… they’re not really representing us at all.

And when we don’t have representation in Congress, we don’t get the critical infrastructure that our families need (yes, accessible and affordable childcare is infrastructure).

That’s why I’m running for Congress. Because if we elect more moms like me, we get one step closer to expanding wage-driven affordable childcare, increasing funding for Pre-K programs, and so much more.

But I’m a mom, not a millionaire. So I’m going to need sustained grassroots support to take this fight for working moms to Congress. I have to ask: Will you donate $27 to my campaign so we can win this race and put these policies into practice? >>

Sarah is a community leader, U.S. Air Force veteran, and mom running to represent New York's 22nd District in Congress. She's from a working class family and doesn’t have generational wealth or political connections. She isn't taking a cent from Corporate PACs or special interests, so she needs grassroots support to flip this seat and deliver a better future for working class families in Central New York.
