Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks is wildly out of step with Iowa’s values – and last night/earlier this week , it showed.
Miller-Meeks, who won this race by just 6 votes in 2020, just barely fended off a primary challenge. She showed the weakest primary performance of any targeted Republican incumbent in the country. Miller-Meeks has spent her career in Congress putting special interests over her constituents, and now she is paying the price.
As your Democratic nominee, I promise you that in Congress I’ll always put people first, and I’ll fight to reverse the radical agenda of Miller-Meeks to build a brighter future for Iowa families.
But I need your help to win in Iowa’s ultra-competitive First District. This race was lost by just 6 votes in the last presidential election year. With Mariannette Miller-Meeks more vulnerable than ever, I believe that our grassroots campaign can defeat her in November if we all mobilize now.
