Team — Here’s an update on ANOTHER one of the GOP’s efforts to waste taxpayer dollars and impose their extremist, racist ideology on Arizonans. 

FIRST: Arizonans faced the racist, discriminatory policies of SB1070, which allowed racial profiling and was widely criticized for its ineffectiveness and unconstitutionality.

THEN: Republicans in the state legislature continued to push similar harmful agendas, including restrictive abortion laws and election conspiracy theories. Despite Governor Hobbs’ veto of the Arizona Border Invasion Act, the GOP has now proposed a new measure that mirrors a contested Texas law, would cost taxpayers $40 million and encourages racial profiling. 

NOW: Arizona Democrats are committed to defending our rights, supporting Democrats who will put taxpayer dollars to good use, and advancing real solutions — but we need your support to flip the legislature and move our state in a positive direction.
