<[link removed]>John,
There are now three letters the ATF fears most…GOA.
GOA has once again beaten the ATF in court after the judge overseeing our case granted our motion for a preliminary injunction, which completely prevents the ATF from enforcing its unconstitutional Universal Registration Check rule against GOA members.
If you’re a GOA member, your name and private information remain SAFE from the ruthless gun grabbers at Biden’s ATF who have used violence and force to crack down on innocent gun owners.
<[link removed]>In fact, we are the ONLY national group that is protected!
While GOA will keep fighting the ATF in court to rip this unconstitutional rule to shreds for all gun owners – everywhere – we also want to call your attention to two of our cases that could be picked up by the Supreme Court.
We have two petitions for certiorari before the Supreme Court – one involving a challenge to Illinois’ so-called assault weapons ban, and another involving New York’s attempt to put over 90% of the state off limits to concealed carriers.
The Supreme Court will decide whether to accept these two cases TOMORROW.
Your last-minute support will ensure that we have every dollar we need to keep beating the taxpayer-funded anti-gun lawyers in court.
Please make a contribution to our Legal Defense Fund to ensure we’re fully set to finish our legal battle against the ATF and win potentially two Supreme Court battles to protect your God-given rights. <[link removed]>

That’s why we ensure 100% of your donation goes to fighting for your rights in court.
Our victory over the ATF comes at a very critical moment.
As I mentioned at the top of this letter, the ATF has used violence and force to crack down on innocent gun owners.
Just the other week, the ATF Director was brought before the House Judiciary Committee to answer for the recent unjust killing of an innocent gun owner named Bryan Malinowski.
On March 19, armed ATF agents launched a predawn raid on Bryan’s home, with a search warrant alleging that he had been selling firearms without a license.
The ATF agents – who conveniently “forgot” to wear their body cameras that day – covered Bryan’s doorbell camera with tape and killed him in his own home.
An innocent gun owner was executed in his own home all because the ATF suspected he was “engaged in the business” of dealing firearms – just like their new illegal rule that our legal team is fighting in court to overturn.
Gun owners are truly under attack by Biden’s ATF, which is why GOA will fight until the bitter end to ensure this rule is ripped to shreds.
So far, we have secured a restraining order against the ATF, extended that restraining order, and have now even been granted a preliminary injunction for GOA members.
This preliminary injunction also applies to gun owners in Texas, Louisiana, Utah, and Mississippi!
But we will not rest until the ATF’s rule has been completely overturned for ALL Americans.
With your support, we will be able to secure more wins against the ATF and beat two of the most anti-gun states in America at the Supreme Court.
So if you can, please make a contribution to our Legal Defense Fund to ensure we’re fully set to finish our legal battle against the ATF and win potentially two Supreme Court battles to protect your God-given rights. <[link removed]>
