Now, from Fox News to influencers like Charlie Kirk, a pervasive conspiracy theory is emerging: Hunter Biden’s guilty verdict isn't proof of the justice system working, but another “operation” in the Democratic plot to take down Donald Trump and protect Joe Biden.

* Texas Congressman Lance Gooden called the conviction “smoke and mirrors” orchestrated by “the Biden DOJ.”
