FIRST: These anti-democratic extremists worked to capture the courts so they could enact their deeply unpopular agenda. 

THEN: Those courts dealt blow after blow to the fair maps movement and reproductive freedom. 

NOW: It’s our responsibility to push back and ensure we preserve democracy and restore reproductive rights. 

We’re working directly with Planned Parenthood Votes to make BIG investments in state supreme court races this year — to elect justices who will interpret the law in a neutral way, adhere to precedent, and protect the fundamental rights of all citizens. Investing in state supreme court races is one of the best ways that we can implement a line of defense as more attacks on reproductive freedom and fair maps come down the pike.
