I wanted to reach out quickly and invite you to a Gun Violence Awareness Month press conference and rally this Friday, June 14, held by Sen. Vincent Hughes. This press conference will highlight all the work we’re doing to end gun violence in Pennsylvania and celebrate some of the victories we’ve won along the way. It will focus on the need to advance life-saving legislation currently stalled by the PA Senate, and make investments in community-based initiatives to reduce violence – two priorities for which we are actively advocating.

We need to build a critical mass of attendees to prove once again that the majority of Pennsylvanians support evidence-based, bipartisan solutions to our ongoing gun violence crisis.
