I sign off every email thanking you for being my co-pilot. Well, when I flew Apache helicopters, one of the most important things my co-pilot and I did was TALK. Building a strong relationship was essential to being an effective team in combat.

So whether it's Republicans blocking the Right to Contraception Act, the total on your grocery bill this week, or something else – I want to know what's weighing on you.
