This move is not just selfish and egotistical -- it could cause those of us hurting medically and financially even more suffering due to this crisis.
DemocratsJoin us.

We just learned that Donald Trump is potentially delaying relief to American families by ordering his own name to be printed on upcoming IRS stimulus checks.

This unprecedented move is proof that Trump is only willing to put one person first: himself. Even while millions of American are losing their jobs, struggling to put food on the table, and fighting to keep a roof over their heads.

Demand better leadership

This move is not just selfish and egotistical -- it could cause even more suffering to people hurting medically and financially from this crisis. We must all demand better leadership. Getting through this public health crisis will require each of us to rise to the occasion to take care of one another -- so I need you to take urgent action today, John:

Add your name to tell Donald Trump and his administration: Put the needs of working families first. I am asking every person on this grassroots team to demand Trump and Republicans to prioritize not themselves, but the working-class people hardest hit by COVID-19.

Our government's response to this public health emergency will be judged by how we lift up those hit hardest by this crisis. Millions of working-class and poor families across America are hurting badly, and our president and his administration must prioritize relief for those who need it most over he and his friends' political interests.

Join thousands of others on this team in telling Trump and his allies: Put the needs of working families first.

Now more than ever, we must all demand a fair, compassionate response to this crisis that prioritizes the needs of the most vulnerable among us. Thank you for standing up for what is right.

In unity,

Tom
