Hi John, Congressman Maxwell Frost here. I’m reaching out today to tell you about my colleague Becca Balint, who quickly became one of my closest friends in Washington last year when we were newly sworn-in members together.

Becca ran for Congress in 2022 on a platform of courage and kindness. As one of only three out lesbians in the House of Representatives, uplifting LGBTQ+ Americans isn’t just an item on Becca’s Pride Month to-do list — it’s a full-time job, a value deeply rooted in her own identity.

And every day, Becca takes on legislators in Congress who are hellbent on reversing gay marriage, banning gender-affirming health care, and attacking trans youth.

Becca’s fearless dedication to doing the right thing has already made her a target of right-wing vitriol and hate online. And with the November elections right around the corner, we need to come together as progressives and stand behind Becca.

John, will you join me in celebrating Pride Month by splitting a donation between my and Becca’s re-election campaigns? [[link removed]]

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

$5 [[link removed]] $15 [[link removed]]
$27 [[link removed]] $50 [[link removed]]
$100 [[link removed]] More [[link removed]]

Becca is the first woman and openly LGBTQ+ member of Congress from Vermont, and in her first term alone, she has already earned a reputation for her political courage. Becca got in this fight because she believes we need more leaders who are willing to stand up for what is right, especially when the stakes are high.

But fighting for our progressive values does not always make you popular in Washington. There are already a lot of special interest groups preparing to spend millions of dollars to ensure that the people trying to change a broken status quo don’t get re-elected.

John, we need to stand with Becca against these attacks. This Pride Month, if you can swing it, will you split a donation between Becca’s and my campaigns for Congress today? [[link removed]]

Fighting for all of us,

Rep. Maxwell Frost (FL-10)
