Hi there, it’s Team Ross. Recent reports indicate that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito’s impartiality is in serious question — and we wanted to make sure you had all the information to understand what’s going on.
FIRST : Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito’s home recently displayed a flag indicating support for Donald Trump’s “Stop the Steal” movement.
THEN : Congresswoman Deborah Ross and House Judiciary Committee Democrats wrote a letter to Chief Justice John Roberts about whether or not Justice Alito violated the Supreme Court’s Code of Conduct.
NOW : Not only is Justice Alito’s impartiality in question, knowing that he has repeatedly and openly expressed his support for the former president, but the new audio recording discovered this week of Justice Alito and his wife discussing the Dobbs v. Jackson leak casts further doubt on Justice Alito’s judgment.
Justice Alito is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States, and yet, given all of this, he continues to hear cases involving Donald Trump. There are too many questions and no answers.
Deborah Ross and the House Judiciary Committee Democrats are looking for answers, and we need you to stand with us in demanding transparency, ethics, and accountability in the Supreme Court. Sign on today to join us in demanding answers from Justice Alito: [[link removed]]

In 2020, Deborah became the first Democrat in over a decade to be elected to represent North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional district. In her first term, eleven pieces of legislation she introduced were signed into law. These measures increased funding for sexual assault nurse examiners, enhanced judicial ethics and transparency, and bolstered North Carolina’s offshore wind energy potential. Deborah needs your support to continue the fight for fairness, equality, and progress. Let’s do this together.
